For custom orders we reserve the right to agree with the customer a lead time.

Your order will be shipped once the production is complete and you have made full payment. The delivery time depends on shipping options you choose and on your location.
What shipping options do you offer?
We can help you find the best available transport for you. Please, make sure that the shipping address is correct – we are unable to redirect orders once hey are on their way to you.
How do i know that my order has been shipped?
As soon as the pieces are shipped we will inform you with all transport details.

No, the bulbs are not included.

Yes, all our bulbholders are compatible with LED bulbs.

How are the payment conditions?
Pre – Order items: 50% to adjudicate the work and remaining 50 % until 3 days before the expedition date. Mapswonders starts the production after 50% adjudication. In Stock items – Full payment.
All the prices are Ex-Vat?
Only registered professionals inside EU don’t pay VAT.

What is your return/exchange policy?
No returns will be accepted without written consent from Mapswonders. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the customers expense. For custom orders – Refunds will be refused after 50% adjudication.
How do you proceed if the pieces arrive damage?
If a visible or concealed damage occurs in transit, please notify immediately the delivering carrier with a file notification of claim intention. Failure to report concealed damage within fifteen days of receipt will result in the denial of your claim. Any damage should also be communicated to Mapswonders during the first 48 hours after receiving the order. Photographic evidence of the damages should be sent by email.
